The bottom clef is a Base clef. This is the lower pitch of a musical instrument. The notes are the same as above but just double the pitch lower.
In music, we repeat the same letters over and over because every 8 notes away, the note vibration doubles.
In music, we only use 5 lines to mark notes. We use 5 lines as it is the maximum number of lines in which the middle can be easily identified by the human brain.

Bass clef is spelled with 'ss' not 'se'. The notes are not the same as the treble clef, they are altered slightly. Reasonable knowledge about how pitch works, it doubles when higher & halves when lower. Well remembered about the stave.
